We help people experiencing daily health challenges overcome them with a unique blend of peer support, education, training, and one-to-one support.
Equips individuals with coping strategies, such as integrating pacing strategies, implementing self-care, and using mindfulness techniques that promote positive choices and build mental resilience, instilling a sense of hope and optimism for the future.
We stand by individuals facing long-term illnesses, such as brain injury, long COVID-19, and MECFS. Our community members are not just recipients of support but integral advocates for their needs. They play a crucial role in our planning and delivery, and we are deeply committed to supporting them in advocating for their needs to employers, health professionals, friends, and family.
