A carefully curated range of activities will be prepared in advance, tailored to your individual preferences and needs.In the serene surroundings of Darwen, Lancashire, this 1:1 retreat is specially designed with energy-limiting conditions in mind.

Individualised and focused entirely on you, it offers a unique opportunity to enjoy true quiet time, gentle care, and proper rest — with no pressure and no distractions.

 Each retreat is a fully personalised 1:1 experience, and only one guest is booked per date. This ensures you receive my full care, presence, and support.
